Description
Fuel Tank Assembly
The tank has an elliptical cross-section.
A manhole is located on the top of the tank, which allows for maintenance and refilling. It is sealed with a rubber seal ring and bolted joint.
A breath valve is installed on the manhole cover to adjust the internal pressure and maintain balance with external air pressure. This helps reduce fuel transpiration and prevent distortion due to increased pressure.
Work situation of breath valve
A breather valve was installed at the front of the tank to ensure that the tank pressure is balanced with the air pressure. As the fuel heats up, it expands and the pressure increases. When the pressure reaches 8 Kpa, the upper valve opens (it remains closed if the pressure is below 6 kpa). As the fuel cools and contracts, the pressure decreases, and the lower valve opens.
Transmission system
The power is transferred from the truck transmission to the fuel pump through the PTO and transmission shaft, enabling it to operate at 960 r/min. Refer to the manual for more details.
Production Process
A tanker truck is produced with Automatic machines which are imported from USA, Germany, and UK.

The numerical control plasma cutting machine cuts whole carbon steel (Photo 1)
The tanker truck is equipped with an imported numerical system from the USA that is fully functional. The computer controls all working processes, and there is also a manually operated keyboard included.
Laser tracking automatic welding machine welds tanker truck carbon steel (photo 2)
*The automatic welding system, imported from the UK, tracks the swinging adjustment of the welding torch and is controlled by the PLG program.
Electric digital display lapping machine rolls carbon steel plate (Photo 3)
*The machine imported from Germany processes cold-formed steel plates and shapes 3-8mm thick plates into round, elliptical, and arc shapes.
