Description
BRIEF
This environmentally friendly 6-ton payload 16 CBM electric street washer, developed by CSCTRUCK, represents a cutting-edge approach to cleaning using an all-electric washing and sweeping vehicle. Built on the modified chassis of the CL1181JBEV model, a Class II cargo electric vehicle, it is designed for a range of tasks such as road washing, sweeping, and general cleaning. Its capabilities include cleaning curbs, curbstone facades, front corner spraying, rear mist spraying, and utilizing a high-pressure spray gun for cleaning road signs, billboards, and more. Additionally, with the optional low-pressure water spraying system, the vehicle can perform low-pressure frontal flushing or duckbill flushing efficiently.
Operating principle:
1. Sweeping: The upper motor drives the hydraulic oil pump and fan. The hydraulic oil pump controls the extension, lifting, and rotation of the left and right sweeping discs. The sweeping discs push the litter from both sides to the bottom of the washing and sweeping vehicle and in front of the suction nozzle. The fan creates a high-speed airflow in the duct formed by the garbage bin, suction tube, and suction nozzle. With the airflow, the garbage is sucked into the nozzle and enters the garbage bin. The chassis engine propels the washing and sweeping vehicle forward, continuously sweeping the litter in front of the nozzle into the suction nozzle and then into the garbage bin, achieving road cleaning.
2. Washing and sweeping: While the sweeping operation is ongoing, the upper motor drives a high-pressure water pump with a dedicated clutch. The high-pressure water pump pressurizes clean water from the clean water tank and delivers it to the nozzles inside the suction nozzle and left and right spray rods through high-pressure pipelines, control valves, etc. Each spray rod is equipped with multiple specially designed stainless steel fan-shaped nozzles. The fan-shaped nozzles form a U-shaped water curtain with a total width of not less than 2.8m, directly washing the road surface. The water after washing is sucked back into the garbage bin, achieving road washing.
Cleaning of curbs and curbstone facades: Utilizing the left or right vertical sweeping of the sweeping disc and the cleaning nozzles on the left or right spray rod, the washing and sweeping operation can be performed in the left or right mode to clean the curbs and curbstone facades.
3. Rear mist spraying: A mist spraying rod is located below the garbage bin at the rear of the washing and sweeping vehicle, and is equipped with multiple mist nozzles. By starting the motor and high-pressure water pump, opening the rear mist spraying switch, and moving the chassis forward, dust reduction spraying can be performed.
4. Low-pressure flushing: Using the low-pressure and high-flow of the self-priming water pump to flush the road surface, suitable for use as a water sprinkler truck.
FEATURES
Trash can
It adopts a 304 single-layer stainless steel tile structure design and integrates part of the clean water tank and garbage bin. The garbage bin can be tipped for discharge, with a discharge angle of 48°, a total volume of 8.4m3, and an effective volume of not less than 6m3.
The closing and locking mechanism of the rear door of the garbage bin adopts a latch type, which has good stability and good sealing performance.
The sewage tank in the garbage bin adopts a large flat slope structure, and the maximum discharge angle can reach 50 degrees, making it easier to dump garbage. The sewage tank is equipped with an anti-overflow alarm and an automatic operation stop device to prevent sewage from overflowing from the suction pipe during operation and causing secondary pollution; the high-pressure self-cleaning device in the sewage tank can automatically cleans the sewage tank after dumping the garbage.
The vacuum cleaner tube in the dustbin adopts a double-layer stainless steel structure to facilitate the replacement of the vacuum cleaner tube after long-term wear and tear.
Fan
It adopts the No. 7.1 centrifugal fan customized and developed for new energy sweeper trucks, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide high-efficiency area. The fan speed range is 2200-2900rpm; the flow rate is greater than 11000m3/h, and the total pressure is greater than 9300pa.
Nozzle device
It adopts a central fully floating double suction nozzle and an ultra-wide suction nozzle with a suction nozzle diameter of 180mm. Its built-in long row of high-pressure water spray rods have a small ground clearance and strong water flow impact. It can directly send sewage to the suction port, with less splash during operation and a high sewage suction rate.
Cleaning device
It adopts the structure of “two vertical sweepers in the middle + wide suction nozzle in the middle (built-in high-pressure water spray rod) + left and right high-pressure side spray rods”. When the side spray boom encounters an obstacle in front, it can be retracted inward to avoid it, and will automatically return to the normal working position after passing the obstacle.
High-pressure cleaning system
The high-pressure cleaning system consists of a high-pressure water pump, a high-pressure piping system, a water diverter valve, a spray rod/nozzle, etc. Used to provide high-pressure water to corner sprays, sweeper spray bars, suction nozzle spray bars, self-cleaning sprays, and hand-held spray guns.
The high-pressure water pump adopts a well-known brand plunger-type water pump. When the high-pressure water pump is started and the working water valve is switched, the water pump can automatically unload. Protected by safety valves and overflow valves, damage to the high-pressure water pump is effectively prevented.
The side and rear are equipped with a mechanical automatic winding washing reel, equipped with a 20m high-pressure hose, and cleaning guns at different angles, which can be used to clean the car body and other equipment and facilities.
Hydraulic system
The superimposed valve group is used to ensure the stability and smoothness of the hydraulic action of the entire vehicle; the gear pump adopts domestic high-quality pumps with reliable performance.
A manual pump is added to the hydraulic system so that when the system encounters special circumstances, such as the bodywork power system failing to work normally, the manual pump can be used to complete garbage dumping and reset each hydraulic cylinder.
Electronic control system
Adopting the control mode of “display + controller + CAN bus operation panel”. It has the function of starting a job and stopping a job with one button. All operating function modes can be configured and used in any combination.
Central control screen
It is controlled by a 7.0-inch central control screen with a touch function, protection grade IP65, and a resolution of 800*480TFT. Monitor the signal status of proximity switches and sensors; display bodywork fault codes; monitor and display bodywork motor and electronic control parameters;
IO manual mode is used when vehicle maintenance and debugging, and the actuator action is not subject to sensor logic judgment.
Tail configuration operation panel
Located behind the rear wheel on the right side of the vehicle, it is mainly used for unloading, debugging, and maintenance of garbage bins.
Voice announcer
A variety of voice prompts and music alarms accurately broadcast various safety prompts and fault points.
HD surveillance monitor
A high-definition monitoring probe is installed on the right sweeping pan and the rear of the garbage bin, and a high-definition LCD monitor is installed in the cab. The screen can be switched to the position of the right sweeping pan and the rear position of the garbage bin respectively. During operation, the working conditions and conditions of the sweeping pan can be monitored. Monitor the quality of the entire vehicle operation.
