Description

The SINOTRUK 6cbm Waste Compactor Truck is specially designed for efficient and safe transportation of various types of refuse. The garbage compactor body consists of a sealed tank, compressor, push shovel, fluid drive system, and electric control system. The box body which is made of pure metal is a sealed structure. It is consisting of steel plate and channel steel welded together, used to load rubbish. Under the box body, there is a frame that was fixed on the chassis by U-bolt. There is a discharge mechanism and an oil cylinder in front of the box body and there is a loading mechanism behind it. The discharge mechanism is consisting of a discharge oil cylinder and discharge board which is consisting of a steel plate and frame welded together. The oil cylinder extends through the groove to make the discharge-board to discharge rubbish.

Refuse Collecting Body

• Capacity is dependent on chassis load capacity.
• Hot rolled steel sheet of 4mm thick for the bottom and 3mm for the thickness.
• Corrugation in the side sheets gives extra strength.
• The cross member is in U-Shape with the bottom plate.

Ejector

• Heavy duty ejector made of U-beams covered by 4mm steel sheets is capable to press the refuse from 3:1 to 5:1 depending on the refuse nature.
• The double-acting hydraulic cylinder moves the ejector forward and backward.
• The railway guides the movement of the ejector.
•  The ejector moves backward to compress the refuse or eject it outside of the container if the near-gate is opened.

Hydraulic System

• Hydraulic gear pump connected to the PTO.
• Maximum pressure limits can be set according to customer requirements.
• The pressure is conservatively regulated to ensure the long life of hydraulic components.
