Description
Truck Mounted Bulk Transport Tank Operation
Our some users still forget the operation process of Truck Mounted Bulk Transport Tank. Now CSC truck will describe the operation method of the truck in a graphic way. Hope below is helpful for our clients.
The unloading way of electric auger which CSC truck designed to operate simply.
1: Park the truck mounted bulk transport tank near to the turret.
2: Power gotten from three-phase plugged or generator when its switch turn on (keep 380V and 50HZ).
3: Press hydraulic start button, operating electrical auger to rise / left / right moving; press hydraulic stop button. (otherwise control valve maybe damaged after long time working during unloading.)
4: Place the control handle to the first gear, after then turn it to second or third gear. It is absolutely forbidden to place the control handle of truck mounted bulk transport tank to the fourth gear at the begging when discharging. Cause the function of operating fourth handle is to clean material of compartment. Then handle shall be turn back to stop after the compartment got discharging fully.
5: Press the button of lifting auger start, then operating “vertical auger start, finally pressing “horizontal auger start, then unloading material would be started. Control box rotating way shall be watched carefully after auger is working. Button of box change switch shall be turn to another end if the auger rotated reversely.
“Horizontal augers top” button shall be pressed firstly, after all material in truck is discharged fully. And then “vertical auger stop” button shall be pressed after await a few seconds, finally “lifting auger” button shall be pressed when no more material in truck. Then turn left or right of lifting auger shall be operated, and lower the reset auger’s position. when the vertical auger is turned to reset, the vertical auger can be lowered to the corresponding position after the up and down arrows of the vertical auger are aligned of Truck Mounted Bulk Transport Tank.
