Lightweight Mixing Silo- Universidad Loads

100% Mixing Uniformity-Special Jar

High strength and finel grained alloy steel is selected to make plough-shaped mixing angle, giving it high quality and wear-resistant property. Larger helix angle leads to lower discharge, residue rate, auxiliary blades are also added inside to effectively improve the mixing uniformity. The mixing uniformity has reached the advanced level in the same industry in China, ensuring that the discharged concrete can 100% evenly mixed, coupled with a < 0.5% concrete residual rate in the mixing drum.

Reliable Performance- Air Pressure Flushing

A close-loop hydraulic circuit is adopted by the hydraulic system to ensure the reliability of the system. Both the plunger pump and hydraulic motor are supplied by well-known overseas brands. Offering excellent performance and higher efficiency . The operating system also features a mechanical operation that can be controlled right from the coupled left and right stick grip controllers, thus greatly prolonging the service lift of the mixer truck.
