DESCRIPTION

The ISUZU Combined Sewer Jetting Truck is mounted on the ISUZU KV600 chassis, specially designed for cleaning drains, sewer manholes, and affiliated tasks. The Combined Sewer Truck is composed of a vacuum and water tank, hydraulic system, vacuum and high-pressure jetting pumps, jetting system and hose reel, suction boom, and control system. The power take-off drives the high-pressure water pump, vacuum pump, and hydraulic pump to work, and the hydraulic control pipeline of the hydraulic pump realizes the system control of the work of the high-pressure water pump, vacuum pump winch, etc.

FEATURES

Vacuum Tank

• The vacuum tank is made of Q235 mild steel with a 6mm thickness shell. Rolled channel rings are installed for extra reinforcing to ensure structural integrity and long life.
• The tank features a fully opening rear door with a hydraulic opening and adjustable hinges, the door fastens with 6 hydraulic-operated clamps with mechanical locking to prevent accidental opening while driving.
• The entire tank is sandblasted and coated with anti-corrosion resistance and offers high mechanical wear resistance.

Water Tank

• Water tank for the high-pressure system. It’s constructed from Q235 or 316 stainless steel that offers superior corrosion resistance.
• Tank to be fitted with level indicators and low level cut out sensor
• Inner baffles to prevent water from surging during driving.

Pump Drives

Drive to the high-pressure pump and the vacuum pump is via a dual output split shaft PTO

Pneumatic in-cab switching with lock-out protection to prevent accidental switchover
