FEATURES
1. The LEDUC 2-way high-pressure plunger pump from a renowned European brand is the standard choice for this hydraulic system.
2. The vehicle features a standard 100L fuel tank, meticulously designed and manufactured in Europe. It comes complete with essential components such as an oil return filter, air filter, integrated liquid level and oil temperature indicator, and a convenient stop valve for easy hydraulic component maintenance and replacement.
3. The high-pressure oil pipes in the hydraulic system are built to withstand pressures of at least 450 BAR.
4. To enhance vehicle stability, an optional rear stabilizer is available. You can choose between 2 control methods: a linkage control system that works in conjunction with the rear box lock or a separate control setup. For single rear axle chassis, the drop arm hook is used, and the axle stabilizer is not an option.
5. The vehicle undergoes thorough anti-corrosion treatments. Steel components receive a high-quality paint coating, while metal parts such as shaft connectors, hard oil pipes, hose fittings, and bolt joints are specially treated to resist corrosion, enduring over 700 hours in a salt spray test.
6. To reduce friction between the hook and the box body, integral castings are used in key areas. These castings possess excellent mechanical properties and provide superior friction and lubrication characteristics.
